Eco-basket, please!
The project "Eco-basket, please!" for transnational cooperation is funded by the Bulgarian side under the Rural Development Program 2014-2020, measure 19.3 "Preparation and implementation of activities for cooperation of local action groups" and is implemented in partnership by three Bulgarian and five Slovenian local action groups.
The aim of the project is to bring together producers and processors involved in the cultivation, processing and use of food , which are healthy, local and organic, as well as other stakeholders who support the objectives of the EU Farm to Fork strategy, which promotes the development of a fair, healthy and environmentally friendly food chain.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
The duration of the project is 24 months. For
the implementation of the joint project
actions funding has been approved by
the Bulgarian governing body for
the activities performed by the Bulgarian
MIG in the amount of 464 696.40 BGN, and
for the activities of Slovenian LAGs approved by the Slovenian governing body financing is 492 198 euros.
